Intelligent Technology comes to Outlook on the Web
The main benefit of being an Office 365 subscriber, you receive new product updates and features as and when they are rolled out. You don’t have to go for costly updates every few years.
1] Meeting Insights
Insights often lead to unique, actionable ideas that we can use to get better results. Meeting Insights in Outlook on the Web has been designed with this purpose. The feature displays content relevant to the meeting such as messages and files in your mailbox, files in your OneDrive for Business account when you view a meeting event in your calendar.
2] Suggested replies
Assuming there are situations where you need to reply in an instant, Outlook has come up with ‘Suggested Replies’ capability. It lets Outlook on the Web suggest three responses that you can use to reply promptly and at short notice. If any of the template replies works for you, you can select it, and Send. If not, you can turn it Off. Here’s the procedure for it. Select Settings > View all Outlook settings.
Choose Mail > Compose and reply. Scroll down to locate ‘Suggested Replies’ section and clear the checkbox for ‘Show suggested replies’.
After that, select the Save option.
3] Suggested locations
The handy feature lets you pick a place for the meeting by giving details about its locations like address, business hours, and contact information.
4] Smart time suggestions
After having selected a place for your meeting, you can let your attendees vote on the best time suitable for the meeting via Find Time. Similarly, Outlook will attempt to suggest days and times when attendees can be free to meet. For more information, see this Office page.
